Online Coaching Classes
On-line coaching classes or sessions are sold as part of a program. We reserve the sole right to determine all class content or to cancel or reschedule a program or class. All classes are recorded. If you miss a class it will be available for your viewing for during the balance of a program. If you miss the recorded class or wish to re-attend an entire program a re-attendance fee will be charged.
Data Renewal
Certain Software products sold by Hubb require and are sold with an initial data service (“Data Service”). subscription required to access the software. At the expiry of that initial subscription period a renewal fee will automatically become due and payable. A renewal notice will be sent to you before the expiry of the initial subscription period. When payment is not received by the due date, access to that Software product will be denied. By using the Data Service you acknowledge that the Data Service is proprietary to Hubb and no warranties of any kind are given in respect of that Data Service.
Limitation of Liability
All products, data, services, information, software and downloads on this site are offered or provided "as is". REFUND POLICY
Products purchased through Hubb, which qualify for a refund as per the terms and conditions of purchase, are payable within 30 days from the date of authorisation, return of materials and receipt by Hubb of a written or verbal request prior to the expiry of the guarantee period.
Clients are required to contact the Returns Officer prior to the return of goods to qualify the return criteria. Upon confirmed qualification, a Return Merchandise Authorisation number will be issued. The Return Merchandise Authorisation number is valid for 14 days, at which time the application will lapse and the refund request is no longer valid. Clients wishing to return goods after this time will need to contact the Returns Officer and re-apply. Hubb will not accept delivery for any returned material that does not note the Return Merchandise Authorisation number clearly on the outside packaging.
Hubb recommends all clients return goods via a registered or secured method of post. Although it is left to the discretion of the client, Hubb accepts no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Returned materials must be received in an intact and re-saleable condition. Quality Assurance on returned materials will be conducted by Hubb within3 working days of receipt of goods.
Applications for refunds will be approved only when goods comply with Hubb's Quality Assurance standards.
Refund payments for approved returned products will be made via the method of original purchase, with the exception of Direct debit payments, which will be refunded by cheque. Please note in credit card refunds, that payments may take 3-5 working days from date of terminal approval to show on the cardholder's account. This can be confirmed by the cardholder with their institution.
